Friday, January 30 is a professional activity day. Students do not have class on this day but staff will be involved in the following activities:

•Teachers will be involved in directed assessment, evaluation and planning activities.

•Our EA’s will participate in a full day of training opportunities available to Paraprofessional staff.

•Designated Early Childhood Educators (DECE):
The expectation for Core Day DECEs is that they will participate in educator directed assessment, evaluation and planning practices.

Extended Day DECEs:
All Extended Day Programs will operate from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on January 30th, 2015 and DECEs who normally are assigned to the Extended Day Program will operate the program on January 30th.
