Congratulations to our students and families on your enthusiastic participation and the outstanding results in School Council’s recent chocolate bar fundraiser. Before Christmas, our students collectively sold more than $15 000 in chocolate bars. The total profit for the school is slightly more than $7 500. The funds raised will be used to purchase iPads, additional books for the Red Maple reading program, chess sets, two educational concerts and workshops for students.

The students had set a goal of $15 000 in total sales before the fundraising campaign began. As a result of achieving this goal, the students will be receiving a pizza party. Each student will receive one piece of pizza at second break on the appropriate date listed below.

Many thanks to School Council for coordinating this campaign and a special thanks to Mrs. Wattenburg for the extra effort that she put into making this fundraiser a success!
