Here is some important information regarding a suspicious person alert in Wellesley.

This afternoon we received information from our Police Resource Officer about a suspicious person report. A high school student got off the school bus last night in Wellesley and was followed by an older man. He followed the student (walking) from the corner of Queen’sBush Road and Nafziger Road to the student’s home on Gerber Meadows. The man then waved at the student from the bottom of the driveway. The student’s mother phoned and reported this to police.

The man was 5′ 11″, 160 pounds, in his 60’s, had white shaggy straight hair, thin face and a shiny navy blue jacket.

As always, if you notice any suspicious activity, we encourage you to report it to the Police immediately.
