As we are talking to parents about the SCIS survey, several parents have commented that they thought the survey was only for parents of students in grades 3, 4, 5 and 7.  That is incorrect.

All parents of all students are asked to complete the survey.

Students complete the survey.

Staff complete the survey.

Parents complete the survey (one for each child).

Then we analyze the results.

• Where are we doing a good job at helping our students feel safe, cared for and included?
• Where can we do better?
• How can we improve learning?

Then we use the results to commit to an action plan to improve our school – your child’s learning environment.

Our action plan and our school will be improved with your feedback.  Please respond today.  The deadline is May 31!
