Full Day Kindergarten Registration for September 2016 will occur the week of February 8th – 12th. Children born in 2012 are eligible for JK. Registration will also occur for any students born in 2011 (SK) who have not yet attended school. If your child currently attends JK at Wellesley P.S, you do not have to register him/her for SK, as this happens automatically.

Registration forms and information are available in the main office. Please call Mrs. Geus at 519-656-2830 to have a registration package sent to you. If it is more convenient to drop by the office to pick up a package, that is fine also. Packages may be picked up between 8:30 and 3:30 starting Monday February 1.
Families may also register their children by going to the school website (www.wel.wrdsb.ca) and clicking on the “Register for Kindergarten” banner. The office will then contact you with further information on how to complete the registration package.
